Alicia is amazing. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with. And that includes 8 years in the mortgage business a long time ago. She is patient, kind, knows the market and she is highly professional. We worked with her remotely to find our home for a LONG time, which invoked a lot of her going to see a lot of properties with my in-laws and us on a virtual call. She is also an awesome negotiator. I cannot say enough about her and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Alicia went above & beyond taking care of what was needed. We do not live near the property that was sold. She had to coordinate with painters, plumbers, cleaners, AC repair people & the guard gate to let these workers in. She never expressed frustration & always conveyed a "can do" attitude. She also had to communicate with the condo board members. She remained professional & cordial & always got back to us timely on weekends or even after hours. We had complete confidence that she was looking out for us! Just like a family member would! Bottom line- Alicia Moore was nothing short of FANTASTIC . Thank you so much Alicia. Highly recommended.
